How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for fitness equipment?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging and unused condition for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are PTP Fitness products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our resistance bands, recovery tools, and accessories come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your training remains uninterrupted.
How do I clean and maintain my resistance bands and yoga mats?
To prolong the life of your gear, wipe down surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods and do not use harsh chemicals or bleach.
Do you offer international shipping?
